Can I tell you my experience? I am absolutely floored, pedal to the metal, impressed with my entire experience with VIP Auto. All thanks to Jeff who went above and beyond to find a credit union who would approve my application. After 4 days of researching, he found one that would accept bank statements as proof of income since I’m newly self employed. I didn’t have to wonder what was going on because he stayed in contact every step of the way. Obviously I did my research on the vehicle I was eyeing..plus how to play hard ball with the salesmen. I’ve walked into a dealership before and basically bent over for them but I’m older and wiser in my 36 yrs of life thanks to TikTok lol. Well, by the end of the first visit Jeff had lowered my guard and made me feel really comfortable. Honestly made me fall in love with Prescott’s charm even more. He is not a Scottsdale salesman who only sees you as a walking paycheck. He even joked with me too about how my sunglasses were crooked..thanks Jeff. I just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience with VIP Auto. Jeff helped me pick out just the right auto for my needs. I love off roading and we found a Mitsubishi Montero Sport. On my test drive I noticed it ran a little hot. I told him about that and they fixed it immediately. It took them a few days and when it was finished, Jeff drove all the way out to Chino Valley to deliver it. I must tell you that I used to sell Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and I found them to be excellent in all aspects of the car purchasing experience. I couldn’t have done better myself. I highly recommend if you are looking for an automobile, certainly this is one of the better places to go. You won’t be disappointed.

Reached out to Jeff to purchase a new van for my business, And it was super easy to set up an appointment and test drive. It was priced very fairly, and they were able to provide pretty good financing as well! For it being a Saturday the process was super easy too. Within my 15 day warranty, I had an electrical gremlin come up, and Jeff had their mechanic look at it for me same day, and let me know to bring it back over if it happens again. Definitely highly recommend Jeff and VIP Auto. Fair pricing and they stand by their word.

These guys are great and their word is golden. If you’re looking for a used vehicle, come here first and make sure they don’t have what you need. I purchased a 1 ton truck from these guys and they told me that they would do multiple things for me after the purchase of the truck and they did every single thing they said!
